In case of a funeral one can buy a card or flowers to express one’s condolence. I prefer both. Especially white roses. This rose was left over after I bought a bouquet with an odd number of flowers - it is appropriate to give an even number.
I know it is unusual to start a blog with a subject like death, but it is a part of our life like birth and the opposite of delight. Sometimes, death can be a salvation of torment and the beginning of something new. By recognising life can be very short, it is better to live your life now and not tomorrow or maybe next year.
